DESCRIPTION

The development of a strategy oriented towards Improvement and Innovation requires contextualising in the way in which the operational techniques of Internal Logistics and Warehouse Management can contribute to this strategy.

This problem can be addressed from the principles of Supply Chain Management (Lean Logistics, CPFR, VMI...) and associated techniques that is a systemic approach to analysis and improvement of the flow of materials applied to intra-logistics and warehouse management.

This approach adds value to the company in improving the Order-Supply process in aspects of Service Quality and Costs.

Industrial and distribution companies require experts to design, manage and improve warehouses and distribution platforms.
