description

The solidity and integration of the information systems determine part of the weapons available in the competition between companies. The importance of information systems in business management and more specifically in supply chain management is now beyond doubt.

Relationships with external actors (customers, suppliers and even consumers) have become a differentiating strategy in supply chain competition. Information systems to support these relationships both in their operational aspects and in the support of electronic liaisonsare facilitators of this competitive advantage.

  • Identify opportunities for the implementation of new information systems in the company.
